A user is anyone invited to join your team via email. Each email address that accepts an invitation counts as one user for billing purposes.

A course is a way to organize and structure your team’s training content. Each team can create a set number of courses based on their needs. For example, you might have one course focused on product knowledge and another covering corporate policies and procedures. How you organize your content is entirely up to you.

Lessons are sections within a course that group related content and questions together. Each course is made up of one or more Lessons, allowing you to break down topics into manageable parts. Lessons can be created manually or generated with Loopy, and they’re designed to progressively build knowledge. When a team member begins a course, they start with the first Lesson. As they demonstrate understanding and retention, Loopy automatically unlocks the next Lesson to continue their learning journey.

Questions are the core of each Lesson and are created through your interaction with Loopy. Using your uploaded documents or linked resources, Loopy suggests relevant questions. You can then review, select, and add the best ones for your team to begin learning and practicing.

Documents can be uploaded to Lessons and serve two main purposes. First, they provide learning material for your team to read and study. Second, if the documents are text-based, Loopy can analyze their content to generate suggested questions. You can then review and select the questions you want to include in your training.

We take the security and privacy of your business materials seriously. Your documents are stored securely in our encrypted cloud storage system. When you use Loopy to generate questions, your documents are transmitted over a secure connection to a trusted third-party provider for large language model (LLM) processing. After the query is completed, the documents are deleted from the third-party system.

All plans come with technical support via email. For urgent or critical issues, we’re happy to escalate to phone or video support as needed. Yes, you can switch plans at any time. If you upgrade, your new plan will be prorated for the rest of your current billing period. If you choose to downgrade, the change will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

New customers receive a free trial upon signing up. You’ll need to enter your credit card information to get started, but you won’t be charged during the trial period. You’ll have full access to all features, and if you don’t cancel before the trial ends, your account will automatically transition to a paid plan and billing will begin.
